Introduction

Welcome to my fitness blog. I created this to further my lifting goals and to blog about them and hopefully help or inspire whoever might be reading. I will be updating it constantly throughout the time it is up, and should post updates every 3-4 times a week. I will be posting motivational videos, pictures, sayings, and I will be keeping an up-to-date log of my workouts and feel free to incorporate any of the workouts into your current plan.

I will also be posting progress pictures and videos of my lifts/progress.

Currently I am starting to cut, and here are the supplements I am using:
-Dymatize Iso-100 Whey Protein
-Allmax Glutamine
-Centrum Mult-vitamins
-GNC CLA
-BodyEvolution Creatine (before workouts)
