Today, I worked Chest and Triceps. Since I am currently cutting, I am not as worried about strength anymore as I did when I bulked. So, here is my routine designed to tone my pecs.
Dumbell Bench 10 reps, 4 sets
Cable Fly 10 reps, 4 sets
Iso Chest Press 10 reps, 4 sets
Incline Dbell Fly 8 reps, 4 sets
Triceps workout goes as is:
SuperSet These two workouts: with 3 sets, 8 reps each workout.
Then continue on with doing
Close-Grip Bench press 4x6
And Burnout dips 3 sets.
You can finish off with about 30 minutes of cardio & abs.
